House Cleaning is for the Birds!

I have been a hermit for the past few weeks trying to de-junk and clean and organize my house. Let me just tell you that it stinks!! Not that it doesn't look fabulous now, but the process has been horrid. My 2 sister-in-laws came this past weekend to help me and they are the most wonderful ladies ever. I could never have done what we did without their help. Anna is a slave driver for sure. She whipped me into shape. I took a bunch of pictures yesterday of my cute and clean house so I could prove to you all how darling it really is. My realtor came yesterday to take pictures too so I think that we are on the ReMax website now. Who knows...
Joe is living up in Sandy with his parents during the week and comes home to his lonely wife on the weekends. I get to be the one to do all the laundry and cleaning and taking care of the kids (not that I don't do it anyway) but I have to keep it up in case someone wants to see the house. My kids are messy and I have since taken on watching my cousin Lindsay's kids Charley and Jensen after school. They moved over to this side of town and they go to the same school as Maddie, so it isn't a really big deal. Atleast I will get to have some help with Seth and Maddie and someone for them to play with. I will be the cleaning NAZI and make them clean up every tiny morsel on the floor. I really am kind of sad that I am going to sell my house. I love it. It is seriously so cute (in my opinion) and a great neighborhood. The only problem is it is in the wrong town. I will have to post pictures of the place for you to all see. I am kind of a geek that way.
The kids have this Friday and all next week off for Spring Break! What I am going to do with them is beyond me. I am going to Salt Lake to be with Joe for the week but all the other kids will be in school so Makenna will be bored stiff. I am having a yard sale with my friend Cari this weekend, and that should be a ton of fun. Maybe I can make a few bucks. I hope I get to see a few of you while I am up in the Northern land.

And the Wonder Woman award of the year goes to.....You're amazing. Keeping up with all that stuff and only getting to see your hubby on weekends?

We can not even believe that you are moving. When Cody was reading your blog, he was so sad. I think he was really counting on moving back to St. George and being able to hang out with you guys all the time! I will miss you too! It looks like we'll have to come up to the land of the north to see you guys! Good for you guys and a great new job. We love you.

You are a saint. The whole time I was reading that I just kept thinking O, I am so glad that is not me, but I wish I was close to help. I am just happy that you will be closer permanently!

wow! i'm sorry that you are away from your hubby. that must be difficult. i hope that you enjoy your time that you have together, though. that will be fun.

and congrats on cleaning. it's always a good feeling, in my opinion, to know you have accomplished something--and being able to see the difference, that is nice!
